LEDs Baking
To restore a dried LED, it is placed in an oven and heated to high temperatures. The heat removes moisture from the LED and returns it to its original state.
IC SMT
Surface-mount technology involves components being attached to the surface of a printed circuit board, whereas through-hole technology uses holes drilled in the board and leads soldered into them.
LED SMT
A beaded lamp is created by applying solder paste to the surface of a lamp through a stencil and then soldering it into place.
Light On Test
A light-on test is a method of identifying faulty LEDs and their components. By applying current to each LED in turn, the faulty parts will fail to light up.
Brush Anti-corrosion Paint

The screw of the mask is made of hardened steel alloy and zinc, which have been treated with an anti-corrosion process.
LED Module Aging
After assembly, the modules will be tested 6 to 12 hours later. The tests will include: lamp life and attenuation, color difference and white balance effect tests, realistic viewing angle tests and a full range of color tests.
LED Cabinet Assemble
LED cabinets contain power and signal-connection modules. The aviation seat power cables are connected first, then the system is installed by plugging a 5V power cord into the board.
