LEDs Baking
LEDs are restored to their original state when they are exposed to moisture and then heated.
IC SMT
Surface-mount technology and through-hole technique are two popular methods of component mounting.
LED SMT
To attach the board to the lamp, a thin layer of solder paste is applied. The board is then placed on an SMT machine and undergoes reflow soldering.

The mask has a hardened steel and zinc alloy screw with an anti-corrosion finish, which has been heat-treated to increase hardness, strength and durability.
LED Module Aging
We will individually test each module for up to 12 hours after assembly, including lamp life and attenuation, color difference, white balance effect, realistic viewing angle and text quality during playback.
LED Cabinet Assemble
To install LED cabinets, plug one end of a signal cable into each module. Then connect the other end to the next module in the series. Finally, plug in a 5V power cord.
Full LED Screen Aging
We test our cabinets and displays for 72 hours to make sure they work properly before putting them in a temperature-and-humidity-controlled environment.
Packaging
The packages contain wood. To protect the modules during transportation, there are foam inserts and flight cases.
