LEDs Baking
Components must be baked to remove moisture, which can help prevent failure if devices are not exposed to high temperatures or stored for long periods.
IC SMT
Surface-mount technology refers to placing electronic components directly on the surface of printed circuit boards, which are then attached using a process called reflow soldering.
LED SMT
To attach a bead surface patch to a lamp, apply a small amount of solder paste to the lamp’s surface and place the component on an SMT (surface-mount technology) machine. The machine will automatically attach it in place.
Light On Test
A light-on test is used to identify faulty LEDs, sending electricity through each LED with a unique tool and observing whether it lights up. If one or more fail to light up, they must be replaced.
Brush Anti-corrosion Paint

Screw (for bottom shell)

LED Module Aging
Quality control of modules is performed through various tests to ensure standards are met, including but not limited to lamp life and attenuation, color difference, white balance effect and realistic viewing angle.
LED Cabinet Assemble
Assembly of the LED cabinet requires connecting each module to signal and power cables. The modules should be connected to a 5V power cord.
Full LED Screen Aging
We assemble and age-test our cabinets for 72 hours, then package them in a temperature-controlled environment before shipping.
Packaging
Modules are packaged in foam and placed inside wooden frames. The modules are then shipped in flight cases to customers.
